Environmental Club

The Environmental Club will be meeting every second Tuesday at lunchtime in Mrs. Ali’s room. We are very busy this year, organising school cleanups, and creating awareness for many environmental causes. As always, the club will host Earth week in April, with fun hands-on activities for students, and will have an Environ-thon team, which will compete at Acadia University in May. Last year the team finished second overall and is hoping to finish first this year! Also, the club is hoping to create a networking program for other high school students this year, and host monthly meetings in which environmental issues can be discussed. Keeping our school clean, is and always will be a priority. So keep it clean! New students are always welcome to join the club.
